How to use

1. Boil water and allow it to cool until lukewarm.
2. Dilute the KuraFlo concentrate in the rinsing bottle: for adults, use 24 ml concentrate with 176 ml water; for children, use 12 ml concentrate with 188 ml water.
3. Shake the bottle gently to mix the solution.
4. Hold your head upright over a basin and gently insert the bottle nozzle into one nostril.
5. Tilt your head slightly towards the other side and slowly squeeze the bottle, allowing the solution to flow in and drain out the other nostril.
6. Repeat on the other side, then clean the nozzle after each rinsing session.
