How to use

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparation.
2. Boil water and allow it to cool.
3. Use clean, sterilised utensils and a feeding cup or bottle.
4. Add 4 scoops of NIDO powder to 225ml of boiled, cooled water.
5. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.
