How to use

1. Wash your hands and the bowl and spoon you will be using.
2. Put 2 slightly heaped tablespoons (about 25 g) of Purity baby oats into the bowl.
3. Add about 100 ml of warmed breast milk, formula milk or the milk your baby is currently drinking, stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
4. Allow to cool and always test the temperature before feeding.
5. Feed your baby using a clean spoon and do not keep any unfinished portion.
